Member picks time and pays
Public booking page or the member app: desk or room, duration, card payment. No account needed for a first visit.
A member books an hour and pays online — the door opens only for the paid time. Bookings, memberships, billing and the door controller in one system. Works when the internet doesn't.
How it works
A booking is not a calendar entry. It is a pass with a start and an end, written into the controller on your door.
Public booking page or the member app: desk or room, duration, card payment. No account needed for a first visit.
Start and end time are sent to the controller and stored there — not only in the cloud.
QR from the phone, RFID card or PIN. Leave and come back any time inside the window. Exit is always free.
Reminder 15 minutes before. Extend from the phone if seats are free; otherwise the next entry is declined and logged.

FAQ
Short answers; the long ones are on the feature pages.
For a small space, yes: bookings, memberships, billing and a member app are in. The difference is the door — Entryspot ships its own controller instead of asking you to buy a Kisi or Salto subscription on top.
Paid bookings and memberships are stored inside the controller. Doors keep opening for people who paid, and the log syncs back when the connection returns. New bookings need the cloud.
The kit includes a 12 V backup supply with a 20 Ah battery. The lock is fail-safe: with no power at all it releases, so nobody is ever locked inside.
Every opening takes a snapshot from the camera at the door and attaches it to the log event. The owner sees how many people walked in on one pass, and can block the account or message the member right from the log. A door contact also records how long the door stayed open.
No. Any electrician wires the kit in about an hour; the software is set up from the browser. We help the first spaces personally.
Early access
Early-access spaces get setup help, the door kit at cost and a locked-in price. A few lines about the space is enough.
