One app: book, pay, open the door
Members don't need a card or a receptionist. The app is the key, the wallet and the booking desk. iOS, Android and the browser.

Book and pay
Desk by the hour or day, room by the hour. Card on file for one-tap extensions.
Open the door
QR on screen or the “Open” button near the door. Guests get a time-limited link.
See their time
Active booking with a countdown, reminder 15 minutes before the end, extend if seats are free.
Membership
Remaining visits, renewal, invoices, receipts.
Invite a guest
Share a link; the guest gets a one-time QR for the chosen hour. The owner sees it in the log.
Support
Write to the space from the app; the operator answers from the admin.

Your name on the store
The app ships as Entryspot by default. For a monthly add-on we publish it under your brand — name, icon and colours on the App Store and Google Play. The admin stays the same. Built on the same base as the N-GATE resident app used in residential buildings and parking.
