The door knows who paid and until when
Every booking and membership becomes a pass with a time window. Passes are written to our N-GATE controller on the door and keep working when the internet is down.
Three ways in
QR, card or PIN
Members choose; the controller checks the time window locally in every case.
QR from the phone
The member app shows a code; the member scans the sticker at the door or taps “Open”. Works for guests too.
RFID card or fob
For regulars who don't want the phone. The card is linked to the member; the controller checks the window on the board.
PIN
A one-time code for a day pass sent by SMS or e-mail. Expires with the booking.

What happens when things go wrong
The answers we give every space before they sign.
Time is over and the member is still inside
Nothing locks them in — exit is free by the exit button and the lock is fail-safe. The next entry is declined and logged; the member gets a reminder with an extend button before that.
Internet is down
The controller keeps a local database of passes with their schedules. Doors open for valid passes; events are stored on the board and sync later. New bookings need the cloud.
Power is down
The 12 V backup supply with a 20 Ah battery runs the controller and lock for hours. If everything fails, the bolt lock releases — the door is open from both sides, as fire rules require.
Two people on one booking
Every opening is photographed by the camera at the door; the snapshot sits next to the event in the log with the member and the time. If two people walked in on one pass, you see it and block the account or message the member in one tap. The door contact adds how long the door stayed open.
A member misbehaves
Block the account in the admin; the pass is removed from the controller within seconds while online.
