Hourly booking that never sells more seats than you have
A booking is a seat for a time window, not a specific table. Set the number of desks and Entryspot limits concurrent bookings to it. Rooms are booked per hour with their own capacity.

Capacity rules
Desks: total seats per space. Rooms: one booking at a time, optional buffer. Opening hours and blackout dates apply.

Extension
15 minutes before the end — push or SMS. If a seat is free, one tap extends and pays; the door window extends with it.

Pricing rules
Hourly rate, day rate, member vs non-member price, minimum duration, free-cancellation window.

No-shows
Unpaid holds expire; paid no-shows are kept in the log and reports.
